Plan4Purpose was founded by Hilary Wright; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over 25 years’ global experience in senior executive strategic and operational roles across a range of sectors, including technology, engineering, retail, and distribution, in both private and publicly listed organisations.
 

She is enthusiastic about people development, succession planning, and transformational change. Commercially astute she has a proven track record within complex organisations and an
entrepreneurial and versatile leadership style which has translated into an enviable career. Hilary is currently an independent Non-Executive Director on two AIM listed companies.
